In a world where 12-hour workdays are increasingly becoming the norm, striking that perfect balance between work and life is no easy task. Family matters was instituted to extend the KITC family to include every KITC’s family, offering support and help when needed.

These are some of the questions that led to the development of our sustainability policy. We believe that organisations need to focus on more than their 90-day rhythms, emphasizing instead on generating real value and impacting lives.

KITC FOUNDATION:

KITC is committed to the communities in which it operates. Established in 2010, the KITC Foundation was established to support the less privileged sections of society, create opportunities, and strive towards a more equitable society. The Foundation works in the areas of education, rural development, healthcare, arts and culture, and destitute care; collaborating with all sections of society and selecting projects with great care. It also helps preserve certain cultural forms and dying arts of Bangladesh.
